At Priority Fitness & Day Spa our focus is on delivering results and ensuring that our clients meet their fitness goals. Our main focus is the practice of pilates, a unique style of conditioning that allows you to dramatically reshape & redefine your body. This effective form of exercise is like nothing you've ever tried before. Just as Pilates places the focus on the core muscles in your body, we have chosen Pilates as the "Core" of our services here at Priority Fitness & Day Spa. Our extensive pilates class schedule, (we recommend two to three classes/week), along with regular aerobic exercise and a healthy eating plan are sure to deliver the results you're looking for. At Priority Fitness we are here to train, educate and guide you: body, mind & soul.

Class focuses on overcoming inhibitions, accessing your power, gaining more confidence, learning to project your intentions, attracting others to you, creating intimacy, spicing up relationships, mastering eye contact and body language, all while enhancing your fitness and flexibility levels. It's all about giving you permission to have fun.
Personal Training

If it's one-on-one training that you need in order to accomplish your fitness goals, it's available to you at Priority Fitness & Day Spa. We can help you develop your own training program that includes whole body workouts, strength training and/or injury specific rehabilitating exercises that you maintain personally.
Nutritional Guidance
$80 a month
We will help you lose the inches you want! 80% of feeling good in our skin is how we eat! We will help educate you on CLEAN EATING and NOT dieting! For one month we will help with meal planning and changing your food styles!!
Functional Training
$15 a class

Kettle bells Sprints
$10 a class
This is a VERY intense class but everyone can partake! We will teach you how to swing a bell and you will burn up to 600 calories in 30 min! You will use all your major muscle groups and see results in a matter of weeks! It's only a 30 min class!

X-CISE for Ladies
$175 for 4 weeks
This class is for the lady that has never exercised before or for a long time. Maybe you struggle with weight loss, self confidence or just learning how to eat right. Sara, Dr. J and Jill will educate you and motivate you on taking your health one class (step!) at a time. We want you to make a month commitment to start. We are sure you will see results and will want to take it to a 6 month commitment! We offer meal planning and weekly accountability along with 2 sessions in the inferred sauna! Ladies come check us out!
